Klubermatic FLEX Automatic Lubrication Dispensing Systems

No need to worry about timely lubrication maintenance any longer.  Klubermatic dispensing systems provide the proper lubricant at the proper time, automatically. The systems can be filled with a wide array of greases and oils depending upon your requirements. Each system provides a scheduled release of lubricant while your equipment remains in production, reducing downtime and lowering costs.

The FLEX System

• Disposable
• Single point lubricator for bearings, gears, chains, ways, racks and seals
• Set interval of lubricant release for up to 12 months with dial
• Can be turned off when machine not in use
• Electronically controlled chemical reaction produces pressure
• Filled with proper lubricant to match application
• Available in 60 cc or 125 cc containers
• Wide operating temperature range -4 to 140 degree F
• IP 68 rated

Klübermatic FLEX is particularly suitable for single-point lubrication in rolling and plain bearings, slideways, open gears, toothed racks, shaft seals and chains. The lubrication interval can be selected in monthly increments between 1 and 12 months. FLEX is available in either 60cc or 125cc non reusable containers. The system is dust-tight and protected against splash water (according to IP 68).
