Shipping & Delivery Time
All orders must be in by 4:00pm in order to guarantee same day shipment. Some shipments may go out as late as 5:00pm, please call us if order is time sensitive. Arangements may also be made at an additional cost to drop off packages at a UPS location if order is received between 4:30-5:30.
International Orders
We are able to ship most items to anywhere within the United States of America and its Territories, as well as to Canada and Mexico. The purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the purchaser’s country. Please note that certain items are forbidden to be exported outside of the United States of America. If you are uncertain whether any of the items you wish to order are eligible to be shipped to your country, please call us or email us before placing an order. If you place an order and checkout online for an item that cannot be sent to your country, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue you a refund.
Emergency orders/ Phone support / Local Delivery
After hours pickup and local delivery available. You must call 414-881-4493 and leave a detailed message. Your call will be returned typically within the hour. Also send an email as well if you require after hours pickup.
Estimated Shipment & Delivery
99% of items are in-stock and will be shipped same day or next when placing the order depending on when order is received. If item is not in-stock a representative will call generally within 15minutes to ask what you would prefer to do with your order. Call for late day shipping to guarantee product will ship same day. Please look at your store order as this contains estimated date for delivery calculated directly from USPS or UPS site.
General return requirements
You may return new, unopened items that are stocked by CNC Specialty Store within 31 days of delivery for a refund. Depending on the product, we may allow up to 90 days at our discretion. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective or a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging or no refund will be given. Some products may be opened, tested, or setup to guarantee quality before shipment.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of us receiving your package, however, in most cases you will receive a refund within a few days. This time period includes the transit time to us, product inspection by us, if required shipping back to our supplier/OEM and their inspection, plus mailing a check or refunding creditcard. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. This page outlines the details of our returns policy rules and exceptions:
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following items:
* Grease & Oil cannot be returned no exceptions.
* Electrical items that cannot be tested or have been installed.
* Custom-made or custom ordered cables (non-stock)products.
* Any item that has obvious signs of use.
* Any opened or activated software that a registration code has been given
* Any downloaded product such as procedures, manuals, cheat sheets and similar...
* Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
* Products damaged in return shipment that were not packaged better then originally packaging
Returns due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking charge with a $5.00 minimum and must be returned freight prepaid. Returns on items that are not stocked and brought in special from a supplier (Products not listed in our store) will be subject to return policies & restocking fees by our supplier in addition to a 10% restocking charge by us. Some items cannot be returned at all. Please ask before ordering or requesting a quote.
We are not responsible for any typographical (including pricing) errors within website. Refunds will be made if price is no longer valid from our supplier.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to our store with the invoice number displayed on the packaging. We allow exchanges within 31 days from the date the order is placed. Depending on the product, we may allow up to 90 days at our discretion. We will not refund shipping costs for exchanges or return of the product if it was not defective.
