Safedoor SD100: Configurations and Installation Guide

Installation Guide:

Follow these steps for the installation of Safedoor SD100 Series Automatic Door:

1. Prepare the CNC Machine: Ensure that the CNC machine is powered off and all safety precautions are in place.

2. Select Configuration: Choose the desired configuration (external pull, external push, internal pull, or internal push) based on your specific requirements and machine setup.

   It is important that the direction of travel be horizontal and not angled.

3. Mounting Brackets: Use the provided mounting brackets to securely attach the Safedoor SD-100 to the CNC machine. <INSERT IMAGE OF BRACKET>

4. Connect Actuators: Connect the linear actuators to the CNC machine's door.

5. Connect Power Supply: Connect the power supply (110/220VAC to 24VDC) to Safedoor SD100.

6. Check Operation: Test the functionality of your Safedoor to ensure smooth operation and proper integration with the CNC machine.

7. Adjustments: Make any necessary adjustments to the actuator strokes or motion profiles to optimize performance.

8. Final Checks: Double-check all connections and ensure that the Safedoor SD100 is securely installed before powering on the CNC machine.
