Lathe Preventive Maintenance - Inspection Form CNC

This is a lathe preventative maintenance form created and used by service engineers and modified over the past 10 years to accommodate most designs and aspects of every lathe manufacturer. There are some things on this form that will not be needed for every machine, but will make you aware of the possibilities and make it useful for when you have a machine with those specifications.

This CNC Lathe PM form is in Excel and can be freely edited for any preventive maintenance program or machine in your shop. There is some specific preventive maintenance tasks that I am sure will not be on this form, which need to be added and need to be performed. Please reference machine OEM manuals for specific preventive maintenance tasks. However this Lathe PM form should cover the majority of tasks to keep your machine running smoothly.
