CHUCK-EEZ GREASE 450lb Drum
Some people think Chucks will last forever even without chuck grease - wrong! CHUCK-EEZ is a heavy-duty lubricant designed to increase the clamping pressure, provide lubrication and prevent abnormal wear of Power Chucks. Chuck Eez grease is the perfect fit for many lathe chuck grease applications. Chuck Eez grease is often used on Kitagawa chucks and many typical 3 jaw chucks on CNC's and other machinery.
Using CHUCK-EEZ
- Grease each chuck twice for every eight-hour shift, especially if a lot of coolant is used.
- Two shots of CHUCK-EEZ is enough since the guide ways cannot hold much grease.

CHUCK-EEZ may also be applied down to -20F using a brush with stiff bristles or by burnishing in with a clean cloth.
CHUCK-EEZ is a formulated power chuck lubricant to reduce:
- Seizing
- Galling
- Fretting wear
Also prevents reduced friction under conditions of extreme pressure.
CHUCK-EEZ is able to withstand pressures up to 500,000 pounds per square inch.
The tacky nature of this grease gives it high resistance to centrifugal force. Rust and oxidation inhibitors are added to provide rust protection during the life of the lubricant.
Storage/Shelf Life
When stored under normal conditions, CHUCK-EEZ has no known limits on useful life. If an oil layer forms on the top of the container - stir to mix.
