Control Box TCU-250 24VDC for PCS-250 Sensor

Need a replacement TCU-250-24VDC controller box for PCS250 tool breakage sensor?
This unit controls the functions of the tool detection unit and supplies the interface for hooking up to the machine. This unit contains a fault set of contacts that can be used either NO or NC available. This unit requires 24VDC power to operate. An external power supply may be needed if machine does not provide enough power. An alarm set of contacts are provided to stop machine or trigger an alarm of some kind.

Typical machine interfacing requirements

• Typically can be installed to break a Feed hold circuit to stop machine operation safely
• External M-code to start a tool detection sequence
• M-code Finish circuit may also be used to continue operation if all ok.
• A way to reset the unit or fire it again to clear the alarm.
