If it’s Next Day Air that’s a huge expense that cannot be changed. Please be aware that we will be calling you for an additional payment to reship your package (costs of return to us + new shipment) once your business is reopened. ***

Freight Shipments Update Due To Pandemic
Many States have implemented “shelter-in-place” or “safer-at-home” rules, including Wisconsin where CNC Specialty Store is located. We have implemented a remote policy for the time being – we are still here taking and shipping your orders.
Almost all LTL and Truckload carriers remain active and ready to receive freight. Many of our customers are considered essential and they need us to continue to ship.

Carriers have asked us to relay the following information:Please contact destinations in “shelter-in-place” areas prior to shipping to ensure that they still intend to receive the product. Rejections can no longer be stored at LTL terminals and will be charged for the freight to be returned.

• Any residential shipments must be marked as “no signature required” on the bill of lading to reduce contact.
• Most inside delivery services have stopped, but freight can be dropped at the door.
• Time sensitive freight should be booked via expedite or truckload carrier.
• Guaranteed services will potentially be stopped for some LTL carriers to protect them from service delay.
